디스패치 추진력에 다시한번 놀라는바. 네덜란드 가수의 작곡 프로듀싱팀에게 직접 인터뷰를 따서 세간의 화제를 낳은 프라이머리의 표절 의혹에 대한 인터뷰 원본을 따와 기사를 냈다. 지상파 방송 연예매체도 못한걸 디스패치가 성공할줄이야. 대단하다 아무튼 디스패치 기사에는 부분적으로 번역이 되어있길래 그 보내온 원문에 대한 전체 해석본이다.

First of all, I am happy to see that our msic is getting popular in S-Korea. I heard 'I Got C' yesterday because someone sent me a link. I love the track, the production is hot and even though I don't understand the lyrics, I have to say the song is very hooky. I can perfectly understand why this is a big hit!!!
- 일단, 우리 음악이 한국에서 이렇게 인기를 얻고 있어 기쁩니다. 누군가 링크를 보내줘서 어제 처음 "I Got C"를 들었습니다. 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 굉장히 멋진 프로덕션이고, 가사를 알아 듣지 못해도 좋은 곡이라고 말하고 싶습니다.. 전 완벽하게 이해할수있었습니다 이곡이 왜 히트했는지!!
"I Got C"
When I listen to "I Got C", I can hear that a lot of the inspiration comes from three of our songs.
내가 "I Got C"를 들을때, 우리 곡 중 3곡에서 많은 영감을 받았다는 것을 느낄 수 있었습니다.
The piano intro is similar to our Caro Emerald Song "You Don't Love Me"
- 피아노 인트로는 우리 '카로 에메랄드' 곡인 "You Don't Live Me"와 유사합니다.
the horn sample in the chorus is identical to (if not sampled from) the horns from
"You Don't Love Me" - this is probably too similar and could well be seen as plagiarism
코러스에 들어가는 호른 샘플은 (만약 샘플링이 아니라면) "You Don't Love Me"와 똑같습니다.
- 이 부분은 아마도 너무많이 유사하기 때문에 표절로 볼 수도 있을 것입니다.
The chorus and melody in the verses are identical to our song "Liquid Lunch". Some parts are so identical they could also be seen as plagiarism.
- 벌스의 멜로디와 코러스는 우리 곡인 "Liquid Lunch"와 동일합니다. 몇몇 부분은 지나치게 똑같아서, 이 노래 또한 표절이라고 볼 수도 있습니다.
The breakdown middle has idendical chords to our song "Paris"
- 중반부 브레이크다운 부분은 우리 곡 "Paris"의 코드와 똑같습니다.
"I Got C" sounds like a remix of theses songs. I don't agree with Primary if he says that
this is part of the swing genre. The elements he uses are clearly copied from our songs and arrangements.
- "I Got C"는 위 곡들의 리믹스처럼 들립니다. 만약 프라이머리가 이 부분이 스윙 장르의 유사성이라고 주장한다면, 저는 프라이머리에 동의하지 않습니다. 이 부분들은 우리 곡과 편곡에있어 명백하게 복제(copied)된것입니다.
Happy Ending
This Song was released worldwide in Europe (including S-Korea on iTunes only) on January 29, 2010 by us (Grandmono).
- 이 곡은 유럽(한국에서는 아이튠즈에서만)에서 우리(Grandmono)를 통해 2010년 1월29일 발매됐습니다.
"Happy Ending" is clearly based on "I Know That He's Mine".
- "Happy Ending"은 명백하게 "I Know That He's Mine."을 기반으로 하고 있습니다.
it has the exact same chord scheme. If you strip away the melody, it's basically our song.
That's very much plagiarism.
- 이건 완벽히 똑같은 코드 체계를 갖고 있습니다. 멜로디를 제외한다면, 우리 곡이라고 해도 무방합니다. 그 곡은 매우 표절같군요.
Primary also copies my arrangements for "I Know That He's Mine" and "The Other Woman" like the strum guitars, the guitar solo, horns, harmonica, baritone sax and percussion and brass.

it's tricky to say if this is plagiarism, but it's just not very original to say the least.. The combination of the same chords and copied arrangemet make it more likeley to say that this is plagiarism of our song "I Know That He's mine"
- 이게 표절인지는 조금 애매(교묘)합니다, 하지만 적어도 독창적이지는 않다고 말할 수 있습니다. 같은 코드와 복제된 편곡은 이 곡이 우리 "I Know That He's Mine"을 표절했을 가능성이 높다고 할 수 있을 것 같습니다.

The chords scheme, song structure, drumtrack, instrumentation, arrangement(horns, piano chord breaks, handclaps, DJ cuts etc) are identical and clearly a rip off of our song "One Day", I do love the way Primary did this. it sounds very fresh. But it is very close to "One Day"
- 코드 체계와 곡 구성, 드럼트랙, 악기, 편곡(호른, 피아노 코드 브레이크, 박수소리, DJ 컷 등등)은 우리 곡 "One Day"와 똑같고 명백하게 벗겨온것이라고 할 수 있습니다. 난 프라이머리의 이 방식도 좋습니다. 그 사운드는 신선하니까요 다만 이 곡은 One day와 너무 가깝스비다.
Plagiarism? 표절?
Is all of this plagiarism? I think it's up to a judge to decide this. not to us.

I would like to say that Primary souds like a talented Producer.
- 프라이머리는 재능있는 프로듀서로 보입니다.
He uses our music as a template to create his own, which is an honour but on some songs he's just going too far with it.

I would like to say he should start trusting his own talent, because he sure is a good producer!
